His cooking brings together Indian roots, global influences and modern culinary techniques, shaped by a career spanning professional kitchens across Asia and London.

Driven by curiosity, research and continuous experimentation, his work focuses on developing distinctive flavours, thouhtful presentation and orginal dining concepts.
